Low Calorie Diet and Low Carbohydrate
In a recent study in obese people and obesity, they was found that low-carb dieters lose weight faster than those with low-fat diet. After 12 weeks, respondents from low-carbohydrate diet group experienced a significant weight reduction compared with low-fat diet group. After 36 weeks, low-carbohydrate group weight was reduced 4.5 kg, while the low-fat diet group was reduced 2.6 kg
Many people who want to lose weight quickly and generally takes the method of low-carbohydrate diet (high protein). The bodybuilders also often use this way to remove the fat in the body quickly.
